This full-time position is for a Receptionist with excellent English language skills, the person should hold:

• A valid UAE driving license
• Excellent written and speaking skills in English
• Excellent communication skills in coordinating with clients

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients at the FABBOX Sharjah facility
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs
• Coordinate with departments on meeting arrangements
• Handle general administrative duties and correspondence

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
